The Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the High Court may only be allowed to hold their positions as justices. Justices shall therefore be prohibited from occupying other positions in government.

The President and the Prime Minister may only be allowed to hold their respective positions. The President and the Prime Minister shall therefore be prohibited from occupying other positions in government.

The Ministers of Home Affairs; Foreign Affairs; Justice; Culture;Roleplay and any future ones created, shall only be allowed to hold their position as minister and either the position of Member of Parliament or Senator at the same time. Ministers may not be allowed to occupy 2 ministries or be both a Senator and Member of Parliament at the same time. Ministers shall therefore be prohibited from occupying other positions in government not already listed on this section.

Senators and Members of Parliament may only be allowed to hold their respective positions and any other extentions to them (Speaker and Leader of the Opposition for Members of Parliament, Chairman of the Senate and Shadow Chairman for Senators). They shall also be allowed to hold the position of a minister, or either the position of a deputy minister or deputy Prime Minister. Senators and Members of Parliament shall therefore be prohibited from occupying other positions in government not already listed on this section.
