Character Powers
Seto Ryuu:-Pyrokinesis: create, control, manipulate, and generate fire, flames, and heat
-Thermokinesis: create, control, and manipulate heat
-Pyroportation: can teleport or move by using fire
-Temperature Immunity: not bothered by high or low temperatures, with his natural body temperature being 154 Degrees Fahrenheit.
-Burning Heart: his heart is literally on fire, with fire being a literal part of him. Fire runs through his veins and blood.
-Body to Flames: he can ignite any part of his body, with no harm being done. Example: can ignite hair, but it won't burn his hair. He is unharmed by fire that wasn't created by himself. He can exhale smoke at times when angered or worked up, but is restricted usage of fire without any air, as oxygen is very important for his body to be able to create flames.
Attacks:
-Simple Fire Blast: he can shoot fire blasts from his hands and feet, but due to injuries, he can only shoot flames from his right foot and hands/arms.
-Burning Thrust: can ignite his hands and (foot), and hit opponents by punching and kicking.
-Fire Breath: can breathe fire.
-Transition to Blue: can turn his flames into blue flames, making them hotter and more powerful.
-Fire Step: he can slam his foot or hands on the ground, causing a pillar of flames to emerge under target.
-Thermopulse: can heat his body to extreme temperatures, causing a wave of heat to explode from his body like a pulse, hitting any target around him, depending on how powerful the charge is, he can easily melt a room and anyone in it. Though the more powerful the blast, the longer time it requires to charge and more energy it takes.
-Fire Wings: can generate wings maybe of fire from his shoulder blades, allowing him to fly and use as weapons. (He currently can't do this.)
