All of the following is in accordance with The Constitution of The Democratic Republic of Cape Camore signed on 4 September 1983

President: Head of State (primarily symbolic) •4 year terms • Head of Diplomatic Relations • Manages the Government Departments • Regulates National Budget and Spending

Prime Minister: Head of Government •4 year terms • Carrys out laws • Can enact Executive Orders within reason of the Constitution • Can propose laws • Head Chair of the General Assembly • Designated to be the tie-breaker for any split votes in the General Assembly

Nationall Assembly: 37 elected members •4 year terms • Writes Bills • Votes on whether or not to pass a bill

Supreme Court: 5 designated members • Serve for 15 years • Can declare a law unconstitutional • Can Impeach a President, Prime Minister, or General Assembly Member • Oversees every court in the nation • Directly handles the highest level of federal cases

REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS

Cape Camore has 7 main islands and A Capital Territory. Each Island has a Council headed by a Minister, and the Capital District, the city of Perera, has a Mayor
