The Khirali flag

A flag that doesn't represent the values of its country is like a sea without water. A cool emblem is trivial to make, and its meaning is how its given value. The Khirali flag is an exceptional flag, with its colours and shapes representing the Khirali identity as richly and tastefully as possible.

The flag of Khiralia:

Sky
The dominant colour in the flag is (very) dark purple. The darkness of the sky is reminiscent of the normal night sky and represents the vastness of the space around us. It tells the story of people trying to find their place in the universe, always learning more and improving as they go. The Grand People's Republic of Khiralia will always strive to learn and improve, and there's still so much to do. The purple hue of the sky night calls for purple's historical meaning, royalty. In Khiralia, the ultimate authority is the people. Together, Khiralians are the rulers and decision-makers of Khiralia, and every Khirali, at home and abroad deserves to be treated like a royal.

Ground
As a proudly scientific, Khiralia has positioned itself as a world leader in the fight against climate change. The flag of Khiralia represents the Khirali hope to live in a world that will survive for thousands upon thousands of years, and that will have countless green pastures and natural wonders for Khiralians to keep discovering in their lifetimes.

Wartime Variation
The Khirali flag has another official variation. When at war, the colour of the circle surrounding the star needs to be coloured pure red, in order to signify the Khirali determination and sacrifice.
The wartime flag shall also be flown in Khirali military bases and is the official flag of the Khirali delegation to the Security Council.
