Seier Enterprises

Overview
Seier Enterprises is a megacorporation with many branches of service for trading internationally. Seier Enterprises maintains multiple factories throughout Lerasi, and possesses a fleet of fourty large freighters and three cargo planes for transport.
Executive Board
Seier Enterprises is run by an Executive Board, run by the President and CEO, William Dale, younger brother of ex Strategic Coordinator Geoffrey Dale. The Executives of every branch of Seier are present on the board, as well as any shareholder owning more than 25% of the company. William Dale himself owns 50% so as to keep his job, as the majority percentage of shares outrules the CEO.
CrownCorp
CrownCorp is the financial branch of Seier Enterprises, and handles all accounting and transactions for the company. This is not their only duty, however, as they run privatised loan and storage banks around the RDP, and also buy and sell stocks as a large source of revenue.
FuturTech
FuturTech Industries is the technology and invention branch of Seier Enterprises. They invent new and creative solutions to existing problems. They also sell solar panels and maintain solar and wind farms to power Lerasi and Seier's energy needs. Electronic devices, like televisions, telephones, and computers are also sold regularly.
Titan Inc.
Titan Incorporated is the military arm of Seier. They produce military equipment and technology for Lerasian PMCs and occasionally contract with government militaries. They also train soldiers for PMC uses and build military vehicles. Titan Inc. is contracted regularly by the Lerasian government, especially when national detachment is of vital importance to certain operations.
Northwest Furnishing and Real Estate
Northwest Furnishing and Real Estate handles the construction and sale of furniture, land, and buildings for sell. Furniture is a bigger source of revenue than one might expect, and adding real estate and land, Northwest makes a large amount of money, and very little losses of profit occur.
Contracts

1: Both companies will cooperate in the shipment of goods to those under trade agreement, namely USSA, Shavara, Greater Felter, Kampf, Osterreich und Ungarn, The Great Tea Empire, Plazland, Angel of Charity, Nieveland, Slatos, Atlia Sonis, and The Red Dragons' Pact.

2: The AOS shall handle the shipment of rare and difficult-to-acquire goods, unspecified here for privacy reasons, along with AOS/COIA designed military equipment, High Density Non-Newtonian Biofuel, AT1 Skytrains, tea leaves, pharmaceuticals, ammunition, electric vehicles, and wind turbines.

3: Seier Enterprises shall handle the shipment of luxury goods, Titan Inc.© military equipment, jewelry and precious metals/stones, fabrics, FuturTech© computers, cellular telephones, and solar panels, and Northwest Furnishing©.

4: Any unspecified item of monetary value deemed fit by either of the two companies may be traded by either company, judging based on trading space. The profits of these goods will be split equally amongst the two companies based on total profit of goods shipped to each individual contract.

5: Off limits trading goods by either company shall be oil, coal, or any type of unclean energy source, weapons of mass destruction, private information of any individual or collective, especially one of the companies involved in the agreement and any of said companies' branches.

6: All CrownCorp© owned banks shall receive profit seperate from this agreement, the proceeds of which will go directly to the Seier Enterprises. Stocks bought and sold by the aforementioned branch are also considered seperate goods.

7: Both companies can secure contracts individually without the other companies consent.

8: Contracts cannot be stolen from the other company.

9: Prices for shared goods shall remain the same in both companies.

10: Freighters, cargo planes, and delivery trucks owned by both companies are paid off by the company that owns it.

11: Protection of goods shall be performed only by defense vehicles produced by the corporations and manned by employees of the companies. These vehicles and employees can be shared amongst companies, with elicit permission by both parties, but the protection of goods is the responsibility only of the company partaking in the contract in question. As a result, damage and loss of goods shall be compensated for by the party that, directly or indirectly, led to its damage or loss.

12: Any illegal or illicit activity performed by either party is an act of guilt performed by said party, not both, and any accusation otherwise shall count as a breach of contract.

13: Any breach of contract will result in the immediate termination of the contract, and a fine of 10 million drakes, payed in full before a week has elapsed since the breach in contract.
