Pskovian Navy

The Pskovian Navy is based in the [nation].[/nation]Novgorod peterhof. It consists of a fleet of five ships, led by the PV Marfa Boretskaya.
The Pskovian navy has only once played a part in a war, skirmishing with an enemy navy to prevent troops from being landed on the shores of one of Novgorod-Pskov's allies. The Pskovian navy instead focuses on protecting Novgorod-Pskovian trade, often convoying merchant vessels through hostile waters.
The central headquarters of the Pskovian Admiralty is in Pskov, thereby allowing the Veche to more closely monitor it.

The Admiral is appointed by the Knyaz, with the consent of the Minister of Defense, who is elected by the Veche.
