The Flock of Seagull

The Hotdog-craving birb of Seagull is a nation entirely populated by seagulls. Founded in 1200 CE after the rise of the first Seagullic civilisation in Acia, it soon became the first and largest Seagulls nation in the entire history of seagullkind. Its first encounter with humans, called Goolan in Seagullic language, was in 1944, when Soviet's research ship stranded in Acia's southern shore. Since then, Seagull has established ties with many Goolanic nation in Earth, called Toghumi in Seagullic tounge.
