Preamble
To revive the Union back into the golden age of the Monarchy knowing Republicanism has failed the Union, again and again, we the nations of this Union shall once again empower one of our own to be the supreme head of the Union holding power for life. Yet to ensure neither tyranny by the majority,the monarch,or the few elected officials ever again succumbs to the Union this constitution shall set the boundaries in which all public officials may act to ensure the government is forever loyal to the people in which it was created to serve.
Chapter TBD – Legislative branch

Article I -Membership

    (1) Nations in which reside in the Union may apply for citizenship by filling out the required form to the Prime minister, Monarch or Ministers with the authority in question to accept citizenship.
    (2) The nation receiving the application must accept unless the acceptance of the application in question shall harm the Union.
    (3) A list shall be kept of all citizens including relevant information to ensure information is up to date.
    (4) All citizens shall be members of the General Assembly.
    (5) Citizenship may only be revoked after four weeks of no post on the RMB without proper notice beforehand, the agreeance of all officers with the power to grant citizenship or a resolution of the General Assembly.
    (6) All nations residing in the Union upon the passing of this document shall immediately gain citizenship.

Article II -Legislation

    (1) Any member of the General Assembly may propose legislation before the General Assembly.
    (2) Upon receiving the backing of an officer or three other members the legislation in question shall be put to vote for three days unless a length other than three days is decided by the General Assembly.
    (3) If the majority in the General Assembly vote for the legislation in question after the voting is finished it shall be brought before the Monarch and Prime Minister both holding the power to veto the legislation in question. If they both publically declare not to veto it then it shall pass. If not then a waiting period of two days shall begin if nether use their power in the time period it shall pass. If they do it shall fail to pass.
    (4) The Prime Minister, Monarch and other officers with power over foreign affairs may negotiate treaties on behalf of the Union. With a simple majority of officers holding power over foreign affairs the treaties in question shall be passed unless it actively contradicts a passed law. With the support of three members of the General Assembly, a citizen may request for a treaties to be voted on by the General Assembly like regular legislation. Otherwise, it shall hold the force of law.
    (5) The General Assembly may vote on resolutions to change insignificant pieces of legislation or minor Rp issues which shall only be voted for a single day instead of three.
    (6) The General Assembly may with a super majority vote to amend this document instead requiring a vote of 4 days. The length for this may not be changed by resolution. Both the Monarch and Prime Minister must actively agree with the Amendment in question for it to pass. Discluding this procedure remains the same.
