[Outdated] Hierarchical Structure

This dispatch is no longer being updated.

This hierarchical organisation is an organisational structure where every entity in the organisation, except one, is subordinate to a single other entity.

Members of hierarchical organisational structures chiefly communicate with their immediate superior and with their immediate subordinates. Structuring our organisation in this way is useful partly because it can reduce the communication overhead by limiting information flow.

If the first in the line of succession is unavailable to attend an important event/meeting or is unable to make decisions, his/her power passes to the next entity in the line TEMPORARILY.

Information cannot be secluded from entities higher in the line of succession.

HIERARCHY LINE:

Founder
WA Delegate
Prime Minister
Speaker
UDSAF General
Attorney General
DAC Chair
FAC Chair
Vice Delegate
Vice Prime Minister
Cartographer
