The Rogue Nation of Yian Kut-Ku is a large, orderly nation, remarkable for its museums and concert halls, state-planned economy, and ban on automobiles. The cynical, devout population of 56 million Yian Kut-Kuans are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The large, socially-minded, well-organized government prioritizes Spirituality, with Administration, Defense, and Public Transport also on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 47.8%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The sizeable but underdeveloped Yian Kut-Kuan economy, worth 1.94 trillion Bullion Pesos a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is led by the Trout Farming industry, with major contributions from Tourism, Information Technology, and Basket Weaving. Average income is 34,580 Bullion Pesos, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Politicians frequently make unusual poses during speeches in hopes of inspiring the next internet fad, the nationalised Arms Manufacturing Industry is not interested in making weapons, Maxtopian villagers starve by the time Yian Kut-Kuan officials even file the appropriate paperwork needed to help them, and vacationers and business travelers are often warned that they may lose the right to vote if they spend too much time overseas. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Yian Kut-Ku's national animal is the Tecuani, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

Yian Kut-Ku is ranked 34,733rd in the world and 9th in Nuevo Amanecer for Most Valuable International Artwork, with 2.51 Bank.
