Libernya State is the oldest part of Libertanny. It is the place of birth of Kingdom of Libernya, country that due to both pacifist and aggressive expansion managed to unite northern Libertannyian states into Northern Libertanny. Historically, it was heart of Libertanny, same time, it was the capital state with the capital city of Horuseus (then capital was moved to Federati).
It is strategical state for woodchipping industry, due to numerous rainforests. Companies from all around the world are temporarily buying lands just to get high quality wood from Libernyian forests. It obviously comes with a very active furniture restoring and production industries. However, Libernya State is also internationally known for one of the greatest science universities, Regional Science University of Libernya, that cooperates with Element City National University of Nation of elementia.
People of Libernya belong to group of Northern Libertannyian Nationalities Group. They are rational, hard working, sensible and optimistic. Physically, they are average tall, most likely dark hair and brown eyes.
