Ilisseia Drunk Law

It's prohibited to be drunk in public streets and places,like malls, in Ilisseia.
Those who are catch drunk in public are arrested by the police, take in custody to local police department.
In the next day they are present in court to a judge to decide what they should do, go to rehabilitation or do community service.
