The Controlling Ministries of SR, the SR security committee and the central committee.

The SR Central Security Committee consists of General Secretary Vladimir Vodovenko, the head of the MO, as well as the head of each MO branch, the head of the MVD and KVB, as well as the director of the Sekreko and the Minister of Internal Security.

The SR Central Government Committee consists of General Secretary Vladimir Vodovenko, the members of the SR Central Security Committee as well as the heads of all civilian ministries.

- The MSK (министерство сельского хозяйства) oversees the operation of farms and food processing plants, as well as distribution of food.
- The MI (министерство индустриализации) oversees munitions factories, utility factories and construction operations.
- The MZ (Министерство здравоохранения) oversees hospitals and clinics. It is also oversees ambulances and paramedic services.
- The MOIS (Министерство образования и школ) oversees schools.
- The MOU (Министерство общественных услуг) oversees city maintenance and the fire department
- The MT (министерство транспорта) oversees public transport such as buses, subways and trains.
- The MR (Министерство Реабилитации) oversees prisons, labour camps and detention centers.
- The MTIE (Министерство торговли и экономики) oversees trade and all other economic activities
- The MID (Министерство иностранных дел) oversees embassies in other countries and maintaining foreign relations with other countries
- The MIIP (Министерство информации и пропаганды) oversees the nations news network and entertainment networks, as well as radio broadcasts.

All members of the Central Security Committee are the only members of government to have a level 15 security clearance.
