While it has always kept an "Emperor First" mindset, with the Emperor at the highest power with usually a Council of Advisors (Now known as the Military Council, which both acts as advisors for the Emperor and Head of the Armed Forces), It has jumped to and from multiple economic structures, before almost always jumping back to Communism.

Emperor Nathaniel, the most widely known Emperors of Deathveil, and a direct Co-Founder of the Holy Mizu Empire, had begun experimenting with Socialism before his death. Socialism, he saw, could be the nice middle line between a functioning economy and a prospering economy.
This idea he experimented with is now known as Endian-Socialism.

Endian-Socialism follows the main principles of Socialism, but with it's own twists.
The Values of Endian-Socialism are as follows:

-Land and Housing is owned by the Government. Housing is not needed to be purchased, as Citizens are provided dwelling based on their District. The rent payed to stay in the dwelling is deposited into the Government Treasury.

-Each Citizen may earn currency known as "Credits". Credits Function as a normal Currency, and can be used to buy food and goods, which are not provided by the State. Credits are required to pay taxes.

-Each Citizen must work within a District. Each district determines pay and dwelling. If the Citizen is not within a career in the Armed Forces, the district will be chosen for them based on their abilities. Districts are not to be treated as Classes, and are purely for organizational purposes. District Offers, which are similar to Job Offers, can allow a citizen to progress Districts for better pay. The Districts are as follows:

The Royal District: The District in which those work directly for the Emperor and his Royal Family. As such, Dwelling is always nearby the Palaces.

The Military District: The District for those in Active-Duty, or are serving in the Armed Forces as a career. Dwelling does not require rent, as Dwelling for the Military District are usually On-Base.

The Industrial District: The District which handles manufacturing, resources, and Economic Matters.

The Agricultural District: The District which handles farming, food production, and MRE Production.

The Political District: The District which often works closely with the Royal District, handles political affairs within Deathveil and outside of Deathveil. Handles Embassies.

The Judiciary District: The District which oversees law enforcement, and judicial action.

The Scientific District: The District which often deals with Robotics, and various scientists. Outstanding individuals within this District have the chance to be invited into the D.I.M.S.

The Religious District: The District which focuses on the Religious Principles of Deathveil and it's religious activities. Often assist the Royal District and the Intelligence District in overseeing the other Districts.

The Intelligence District: The District which oversees and manages the Intelligence Divisions of Deathveil, keeping a watchful eye inside and outside of borders. The Intelligence District works hand in hand with the Religious District and the Royal District, and assists the Judiciary District in matters relating to National Security.

Those who cannot work are automatically drafted into the Armed Forces as a Trooper.
Those who have worked for a certain amount of time determined by the District may retire with full benefits and income.
Those who refuse to work, serve, or contribute to the economy are arrested.

Workers receive Free Healthcare, Free Law Services, and full government benefits.

This is the basic principle of Endian-Socialism; which can be defined as a mix between Market Socialism, Religious Socialism, and Agrarianism.
