The Incorporated States of XY is a Biotechnological, Libertarian Transhumanist, Fascist Corporatocracy governed by a cloning and biotechnology Mega Corporation called XY Incorporated. Thus it governs and organizes the world like a business, in a system of Libertarian Transhumanist, Fascist corporatism. At the top is the board of executives, which makes all the political decisions; for the common people, and citizens must work their way up the status latter over time by obeying XY Incorporated policy and genetically enhancing themselves.

XY Incorporated envisions a state that liberalizes, develops and brings fourth a system of biotechnology, cloning, and genetic augmentation. Allowing humanity, society and the world to transcend and surpass their outer limits and seamlessly and organically merge together in a Biotechnological, Transhumanist Utopia.

Thus XY Incorporated champions the free pursuit of cloning and transhumanism, monopolizes (but otherwise places next to no restrictions) on trade; and civil rights and allows citizens to freely do almost anything they want with their lives, except challenge the government. However to make sure the citizens stay loyal and to prevent dissent, XY Incorporated's government maintains an omnipresent presence with the use of corporate public broadcasts, a national citizen database and barcoding. XY Incorporated also provides all citizens and business personnel with XY PDA's, so that they can always listen to its broadcasts.

To put it simply a Biotechnological, Libertarian Transhumanist, Fascist Corporatocracy is: A radical, nationalistic, corporate state centred around cloning and biotechnology. That grants i'ts citizens the freedom to do almost anything but oppose the state, but maintains a totalitarian consumerist monopoly over society, evolves it's citizens beyond current physical and mental limitations, by means of genetic augmentation and arranges them into corporate groups, based on their genetic makeup

XY Incorporated's system of Genetic Corporatism (The Hive System)
As previously stated citizens are organised into corporate groups based on their genetic makeup. That is to say based on their genetic makeup citizens are place somewhere in a Hive Caste System based on that of ants, bees and termites.

Here's how it works - All careers fall under one of the four categories: Queens, Soldiers, Drones and Workers

Queens: the top brass a of The I.S.XY. the leaders, the ones pulling the strings and running everything. As they also own and operate the cloning vats, they are the ones responsible for populating The I.S.XY.

Soldiers: the Security Forces of The I.S.XY. Soldiers consist of all military and security personnel.

Drones sex workers. Drones consist of those working in the sex industry, those who provide sexual services as well as the staff of such industries.

Workers the backbone of The Incorporated States of XY's workforce all employees who don't fit into one of the above castes. Thus the vast majority of employees are the Worker Caste.
