Thanks to XY Incorporated's One World Order the only, part of the world that is technically international is an artificial island alone and isolated in the middle of the ocean, far away from the rest of the world and under the control of XY Incorporated. This land called: The Loin Land has no contact with the outside world and is only known about by the staff of XY Incorporated. It is inhabited by the world's only remaining non clones. These people are known as The Loin Ones. The Loin Ones (along with the First Generation Clones) are the only people in the entire world from the pre-clone times. However due to them not having access to any cloning technology and thanks to the fact that they were all sterilized by XY Incorporated, it is only a matter of time before they all eventually become extinct. Nevertheless they live out the remainder of their lives in peace, having no contact with the outside world. As the years went by most of The Loin Ones finally succumbed to old age and died. Leaving the remaining few to finish their legacy. Although most of The Loin Ones were content to live out their lives in peace, a few of them secretly began to question the state of the world and XY Incorporated. These Rouge Born Ones thus conspired with each other and hatched a plan to bring down XY Incorporated and return human procreation to what it was in the pre-clone times.
