THE TIC-UOTAP ALLIANCE
THE TIC-UOTAP MUTUAL DEFENSE, COLLABORATION AND FRIENDSHIP PACT
Preamble: Perceiving the ideologies of communism, democratic socialism and liberalism to be destructive forces inimical to our way of life and government, appalled by the audacity of the leftist powers of NationStates to stand in defiance of our regions, and motivated by the idea of exploiting the historical ties of the UOTAP and TIC to form a strong and meaningful alliance, the Social Integralist State of The Iron Confederacy and The Union of the Axis Powers do hereby ordain this treaty in the interests of mutual defense against the enemies of our states.
Article 2: If any of the above regions or organizations were to attack either of our sovereign regions, the obligation would fall upon the other to send military assistance to repel the invading threat
Article 3: Failure to meet these obligations on more than one occasion will result in the immediate termination of this agreement
Article 4: In show of solidarity with The Iron Confederacy and respect for its ideals, The Union of the Axis Powers shall uphold the principle of being adhered to the principles of fascism and not to change its ideological and philosophical foundations
Article 5: Both our regions shall collaborate (if required) with each other in the grounds of education and population growth
Article 6: This agreement stands to possibility of further revision upon consent of both regional governments concerned.
