Equipment of The Ozarkanni Defense Force WIP

Ballistics


Melee Weapons

S'cral Th'as


Used in stealth or when guns are too close to work or if your gun is jammed or you lost it during a battle. It also makes a good survival tool

Vors B'Lad


A Vors B'lad is used in close quarters as the preferred method of fighting for the Gu'lan and the Ozarkanna is up close and personal. It is capable of cleaving off limbs with a single slash when sharpened fully. The Blade itself is typically wielded in two hands, a few skilled among Gu'lan and Ozarkanna can in a pinch use it with one hand. The protrusions on either end are designed to catch an enemy blade and either break it or keep it in place so that the soldier wielding it can use the other end of the blade for a quick blow before dancing away again to unleash another wave of attacks.

Each Blade is made by either a House Blade Smith or a Free Smith. The mass produced version of the Vors B'lad is highly unpopular as many soldiers believe that the blades were made with a machine's hand rather than the hands of a person. Those who use the mass-produced versions are looked down upon by both Ozarkanna and Gu-lan societies.

Pistols

Verlox Auto Pistol


The Standard Issue Side Arm of the Armed forces of the Ozarkanni it has proven to be both versatile and reliable not tending to jam and still perform in even the most hostile operation environments. The pistol fires a .45 caliber round from a 8 round magazine.


Assault Rifles

TAV-17


The TAV-17 is a mainstay of the Ozarkannis military and can serve in a variety of different roles on the battlefield once modified for a role.

It can host a variety of attachments and can be modified to serve as a carbine, an EGLM Assault rifle, its standard assault rifle, a battle rifle, and a sniper rifle for designated marksmen in squad combat.

The TAV-17 has a magazine of 30 which holds 30 x 7.62 round and can fire hollow points and armor piercing rounds which are effective against body armors. The TAV-17 is also equipped with recoil suppression.

TAV-16


The Tav 16 was a rifle primarily used during the great upheaval as the main assault weapon for the Rebel Houses while the forces of the Tyrant used the TAV-16's and 17's soon the Tav-16 was phased out of the main army and now the weapon serves as a training and swat team weapon for law enforcement. The weapons stock has an adjustable length making it great for CQC warfare and it's not strange to see Gu'lan Commandos using them in their operations. Like much of the weapons of Ozarkanna ballistics arsenal the TAV-16 is a bullpup rifle

The weapon has the same capabilities as the TAV-17 however is heavier than its lighter cousin

Shotguns

Shrosval 10 Tacticle or SH-10T


Used by the Sapper and demolitions corps and Gu'lan Commandos in deep strike operations the SH-13T has proven itself on the battlefield in more recent times during The Great Upheaval in rebel hands when the Rebel houses stole the first shipment to the Tyrant. The Rebels then began to produce them for their own units.

The Weapon is a pump action weapon with a pull out stock and holds twelve 12 gauge shells in the tube.

Shrosval 12 or SH-12


During the three hundred year feud as a building clearing weapon as well as for sapper and demolitions units. The SH-12 is a fully automatic shotgun through a semi-automatic variant known as the SH-12A exists used by SWAT and police forces.

The weapon has a variety of detachable box magazines of 5, 8, and 10 rounds. The SH-12 fires 12 gauge rounds

Gu'tal Ve'rek


Designed by Gu'lan arms firm Gu'tal over a thousand years ago when the Gu'lan and Ozarkanna fought over sections of land it has now been integrated into the arsenal of the new United Ozarkannis Defense Forces as a fully automatic combat shotgun option. Typically used in shock trooper squads as shock and awe inducers. The weapon is versatile and can fire three sizes of ammo 12 gauge, 20 gauge, and .410 its feed system can either be detachable box magazines or detachable drum magazine. The Drum mag being the more prevalently seen used by Ozarkanna shock troops.

The Box magazines vary in size and can hold 5-10 rounds in them while the drum magazines can hold 12-30 rounds depending on the drum size.

Note: The Gu'Tal Arms Firm has released a similar Gu'tal Ve'rek for use in riot control with the ability to fire bean bag rounds as well as rubber rounds and uses the 12 round drum.

Machine Guns

Verlox GPMG (General Perpouse Machinegun)


The Verlox GPMG is a general purpose machine gun mounted on a tripod or bipod or even mounted on vehicles such as dropships or other military vehicles. The weapon can fire both 5.56 and 7.63 rounds and can fire both ap and hp rounds. Its feed system belts ranging from 100- 150 and can be equipped with a 35 round detachable box magazine and features rail for a variety of sights however the default is an adjustable front post. The weapon also has a regulator which affects how many rounds can be fired a minute from the weapon.

1 is used exclusively when feeding on a magazine (rate of fire in this mode is around 850–1,050 rounds per minute).

2 is used in normal operating conditions when feeding on a belt (rate of fire in this mode is also around 850–1,050 rounds per minute).

3 which is used under adverse operating conditions, such as in the presence of dust, dirt or heavy fouling (rate of fire in this mode is around 950–1,150 rounds per minute).

This weapon is one of the first weapons that the Verlox company made when it first opened two thousand years ago as a small arms company to compete with rival company Gu'tal Arms Firm

Gu'tal Typhoon 1 (GT-1)


The GT-1 is an LMG made by the Gu'Tal Arms Firm over a thousand years ago as one of their debut weapons to sell to the military however this weapon was scrapped until the rebels began to put in orders for these weapons. The weapon is a belt fed weapon which each detachable box of belts which have 150 rounds attached to them or cloth belts each carried by the gunner and an assistant. The Weapon fires 5.56 and 7.62 rounds and can be vehicle mounted if need be.

Verlox LMG 1


The Verlox Company made the Verlox LMG during the time of the Great Upheaval as a launch for their second wartime support weapon. Gevron Milat personally brought this weapon to the Tyrant however he did not expect the weapon to be tested on one of the Tyrant's enemies; House Kyber that very night witnessed the power of this weapon when the Tyrant's storm troopers killed Tobias Kyber's relatives and burned their estate. Today this weapon is used by the Ozarkanna as a reminder to never do such again. The weapon fires 7.62 sized rounds with a 97 round belt. the weapon also features a flip-up sight or iron sight with options between auto and burst fire modes

DMR and Sniper Rifles

Gu'tal DMR 1


The Gutal DMR 1 is a Designated Marksman rifle used more often in more recent conflicts and was made to replace the original DMR with the DMR1 which fixed the initial problems of the first one like jamming and misfiring. The DMR 1 fires a 7.62 rounds from twenty 10 or 20 round detachable box magazines, the weapon is a semi-automatic its action is a gas operated the rotating bolt.

Verlox Anti Material Sniper Rifle (AMSR)


The Verlox AMSR was the Verlox companies attempt at an anti-material rifle. At first, the weapon didn't see service until the Rebel houses bought them from the Verlox company and used them against the Tyrant's infantry and vehicles. The AMSR fires 50 Calibur rounds from a 10 to 20 round detachable box magizine

Grenade Based Weapons

Gu'tal Grenade Rifle


The Gu'tal Grenade Rifle was introduced during the thousand years war as a counter to large amounts of enemy soldiers and saw its first major use during the battle of Shrikar ridge. The weapon fires 40mm grenades from a 20 round detachable drum magazine and features a range finder attachment when identifying targets

Verlox G-1A


The Verlox G-1A was introduced around the same time as the Verlox LMG 1 was introduced into service and saw much action during The Upheaval. The weapon fires 40mm grenades from a 40 grenade belt, this weapon is also vehicle mountable and is mounted on many light and heavy vehicles on Ozarkannis

M-1C Grenade Launcher Attatchment


The Grenade attachment for Ozarkanni assault rifles it fires a single 40mm grenade from the bottom of a Tav-16 or GU-2 and must be hand loaded after firing its single grenade. Soldiers typically only carry two grenades for the launchers.

M-1D


The M-1D is a fragmentation grenade introduced over a thousand years ago. The thrower pushes the red button at the top and throws it. It has a five-second timer before it goes off. and is traditionally made red to difrencieate it from its cousin the M-1S

M-1S


The M-1S is a stun grenade which upon impact opens and releases electricity to disable an opponent with a series of shocks and is traditionally painted blue. The thrower pushed the gry button on the top and throws it the weapon is designed to open on impact with the ground and then two seconds later emit the electricity this weapon was used to great effect against rioters before the onset of The Upheaval. upon opening the center flashs red three times before firing off the electricity

Anti Vehicle and Anti Air Weapons

AT-Tow


The AT-Tow is a Guided anti-tank missile used to take tanks and other vehicles down from afar

FGM-1

The FGM-1 is a fire and forget anti-tank launcher which once locked on and fired it doesn't need line of sight to hit its target The weapon has three rockets which means three shots can be fired at one target or one at a time to take out multiple targets. It can even engage air units

Railer 1


The Railer 1 is an iteration of railgun technology on Ozarkannis and is used against armored vehicles and artillery. The weapon can fire five successive shots before needing to recharge and reload is needed. The weapon is a crew weapon and has a crew of six each one is trained to fire the weapon however perform different roles from spotter to reloader

SMGs

Tav SMG

The Tav SMG is a submachine gun which serves not only as a weapon to Household Guard forces but also within the ranks of law enforcement and the Gu'lan Commandos. It is ideally for CQC and hostage rescue as well as night time operations and a variety of other special forces ops.

The weapon can fire 9mm and .45 rounds. The detachable box magazine which can hold 17, 19, nd 33 round magazines when firing 9mm founds. When firing .45 the magazines can hold 10 or 13 rounds with the option to have an extended magazine of 25 if need be.

The Weapon can be equipped with a silencer and a rail at the top makes the attachment of optics possible.

Gu'Tal SMG

A more widely used SMG is this one made by the Gu'tal Arms Firm due to its durability and performance in the field.
The weapon features an adjustable sliding stock making it ideal for CQC operations and night missions often used by police forces when dealing with hostage crisis situations.

The weapon fires 9mm rounds from box magazines ranging in ammo capacities of 10, 20 and 30 round detachable box magazines. Like the TAV SMG it has a rail for optical attachments and can be equipped with a silencer.

Energy Weapons


Laser Pistols


L-1


The L-1 is one of the early laser weapons which were in development during The Upheaval but due to the war there was a funding loss for the program and the weapon was never deployed until The Enclave took power the weapon will soon be deployed as a sidearm for common foot soldiers.

One of the downsides to this weapon, however, is that it takes 5 shots to kill a target. the weapon's power cell is rechargeable and can fire 30 shots before the power cell runs out.

Laser Rifles


LR-1C (Soon to Be retired for the LR-12)


The LR-1C is an early laser rifle made by the Ozarkanni Government after the great upheaval it is a simple design which is more powerful than the L-1 Laser Pistol and finds service among Household guards and is becoming standard issue among some of the Regiments of the Ozarkanni Military though ballistics will still be used in many of the older regiments due to the more reliability against EMP attacks than their energy rifle counterparts.

The weapon's power cell can fire 30 shots before the power cell runs out unlike the pistol however it takes 3 shots to kill an unarmored target and 5 to break through and kill an armored target. The weapon fires rapidly unleashing bursts of three laser projectiles at a time. The weapon also features a foldable stock which makes it maneuverable and viable in close quarters combat and the cell can be recharged.

LR-12


The LR-12 is a newly made laser rifle which is mass produced by the Ozarkanni Government once the technology had become available. Out of ten other prototypes produced by separate companies the Ha'zehlek Corp prototype proved to be the most versatile and adaptable in the tests that it was put through on the Proving grounds. This weapon has become one of the backbone weapons of the Enclavial Guard.

The weapon features more efficient and proficient rechargeable power packs which take on the appearance of a traditional clip used by kinetic weapons. The LR-12 can fire anywhere from one hundred to one hundred forty shots before the power pack runs out of power. Any Guardsmen worth his salt carries at least seven of these power packs and keeps them charged with their personal chargers usually on their left hip and a secondary charger on their combat armor.

Vehicles


Maltros MK VI



The Maltros is a Multipurpose Armoured Vehicle that is often outfitted with GT-1's, or Verlox LMG-1's or G-1A's, these are used as rapid insertion and support for attacks on enemy positions as well as patrols around an occupied territory as well as base petrol and transport. The MWV is among the oldest in the arsenals of the Ozarkanni having served for thousands of years on battlefields across Ozarkannis Prime. The MWV typically has a crew of five four in the cab and one manning the turret. This vehicle was designed to replace the MK V which was retired over a hundred years ago.

Dardrak


The Dardrak is a multipurpose armored vehicle which hasn't seen much action since it is a relatively new vehicle only being fielded during 1250 GSY when there was no conflict. The purpose of the Dardrak was to provide the OZDF with something that could get in and out quickly and with minimal risk to personnel. The Dardrak like the Maltros MK VI features composite armor making the vehicle much lighter than the Maltros but not sacrificing the armored protection. Unlike the Maltros MK VI which has a manned turret atop it the Dardrak uses an automated turret which is controlled from a command center or an AI program. The Dardrak has been tested by SOC (Special Operations Command) in drops from the air and performed well and hadn't taken damage which made the Dardrak's orders skyrocket for SOC and the ODF (Ozarkanni Defence Forces)

Jukara



The Jukara like the Dardrak is a multipurpose composite armored vehicle however it is a much earlier model than the Dardrak having entered service nearly a hundred years ago. The Jukara first saw combat during the Upheaval on both sides of the war and was often used to carry squads quickly into combat zones as well as provide infantry support. The Jukara has also seen use among the Gu'Lan Commandos which is part of SOC as a rapid insertion vehicle alongside the Dardrak. Like the Dardrak the turret is automated or controlled by AI. The Jukara can carry up to fourteen depending on the variant of the vehicle.

Kar Krak

The Kar Krak is an MRAP styled infantry mobility vehicle that can carry an entire squad and often operate alongside MWV's in patrols, and rapid insertion operations, like the MWV it has served for thousands of years on many battlefields across Ozarkannis. Like the MWV it can be outfitted with a GT-1, Verlox LMG-1 or a G-1A. However, unlike the MWV it can carry up to eight and carry cargo if needed to and is oftentimes used in such a manner for in base hauling and hauling cargo between bases. In combat, alongside the squad, the Kar Krak can be used as infantry support.

Hestral


The Hestral was developed during the Upheaval by Rebel forces as a counter to the Kar Krak which had been playing havoc on the Rebels through the first year of the war. Now the Hestral alongside the Kar Krak. The Hestral like its Kar Krak Counterpart can be outfitted with a GT-1, a Verlox LMG-1 or a G-1A depending on the mission needs. the Hestral often carries squads on patrols in combat zones and has often proven to be more durable to its Kar Krak counterparts which is why it is often deployed to harsher environments and proves to be an asset in the field to units who put it to use. It is expected to replace the Kar Krak soon as the Hestral is often the vehicle of choice during operations
