1. The Information and Broadcasting Vizier Will Sign up to nationstates today, the sign up is necessary, Submit an article there get it checked and edited and then link it to the factbook or in RMB.but the nation will create a newspaper dispatch aswell.because it is not a guarantee that the article will get approved by the staff of NSToday. the news of COIS must be published twice a month. The News will contain Regional non-rp happenings & Topics , and RP .

2. Vizier of Commerce (Trade & Regional Development) will handle the regional trade and study the Trade and development office factbook , And complete the tasks described there,and he MUST keep the record of total trade deals happened across the region.

The Vizier of this position will carry out development programs mostly relating with roleplaying like starting new aid programs.etc.

4. Defense (Defense & Security)
[spoiler=Read this first][i]This Vizier is considered the most important after the Grand Vizier. and the nation must stay active and must inform the Founder or Grand Vizier before being inactive.[/i][/spoiler]
Must Secure the region from foreign threats and must cleanse the region from blasphemy, and hate,bullying and other discouraging stuff. It may also perform the same duties as Vizier of Foreign Affairs.
The pretty obvious duties of this vizier also include.

[*]Making sure that the border stays secure from raider regions.

The Map Cartographer will edit and add the maps of the new nation, this Position will be assumed by Townsvalley until a suitable nation is found.
Requirements for this Body:
1.Must have the knowledge of scribble maps.
2.Must have an account of scribble maps.
3.Must obey the order of the Grand Vizier.
and must make border changes fairly in case of war between nations.
**This Grand Vizier can appoint nations to this Vizarat.but [b]Must Approve the nation by the Founder[/b][/spoiler][/align]
[spoiler=Side Note]The Grand Vizier [nation]Townsvalley[/nation] has created and written this Dispatch. it may be considered a universal charter for future political parties.because this took 8 days of hard work to make,even after me, I hope the next viziers will follow this Charter as I don't think that there is any need left to recreate the charter or reform it. plus , it is added to the constitution so all future govt. must fill atleast all the vizarats.[/spoiler]
