The USSK claims

The USSK have seen a boom in its population following the recent economic change and wish to grow its borders and construct a new city. Secretary General Karlovich has marked the necessary area in which he would like to take for himself. And it is included in the map below. He hopes it will grow his military too as there will surely be more resources.
