The realms

Essutakur is a large island directly south of the Bering Straight. The northern tip lies 288 miles due south of the Bering Jetty. Essutakur is 1526 miles long and 437 miles wide at its biggest places. There are several areas or Realms to Essutakur, due to its size. The northernmost is referred to as the Frozen Realm, where it is winter for a vast majority of the year. The easternmost is referred to as the Developed Realm, which is home to Essutakur City and many of the other higher populace cities. There are many forests and hills in this region, dividing the cities. A mountain range divides the Frozen Realm from the Developed Realm. This range is called Freezeezy Peaks. The westernmost is referred to as the Wild Realm, as it is mostly open grasslands. A few buttes and mesas guard this realm from the serious rainfall that approaches from the East. The southernmost is referred to as the Broken Realm. It is a series of hills, mountains, and jutting islands all dotted with small cities and villages. It is very rainy in this region, and the weather is mild year round. The central area is referred to as the Jungle Realm. There are thousands of miles of unclaimed and unexplored jungle wilderness. It is steamy and rainy most of the year. The Jungle Realm is actually situated in a large crater and much much lower than the surrounding island. The shear cliff edges of the crater keep the rainforests fairly isolated and mostly inaccessible.
