Pact of Kostenlos(Region Constitution)

We promote these guidelines as an efficient, but also an unbiased means to keep a peaceful structure that promotes life, freedom and the safety of all men within these boundaries. It is also relative to be aware, that any schism or rupture of this constitution will result in a pact of nations forming together to fight against those who would wish to tear another nation's sovereignty away.

In the inspiration of truth, justice and promise of peace among nations, the signers of this constitution swear to follow the structure presented to the best of their ability, and to always aim for a way to promote the development of a prosperous nation and world. In the best way to do so, articles presenting correct conduct on trade, diplomacy, and military conflicts will be presented to best meet these goals.

Of course, to understand the structure of these alliances and pacts, there must also be guidelines to explain alliance structure, and leadership at the top of every federal body. The signers hereby agree to understand the basic rules of this constitution and agree to fair elections during regional committees. It is with the best hope of these guidelines, that unwavering peace, economic fairness, and welfare for the individual will guarantee this region a prosperous and successful future.

Section 1; Article 1:Every nation in the region and pact of Kostenlos who signs and agrees to this charter, agrees to the right of choice for every governmental body in the region. The freedom of government is a sacred obligation in the region.

Section 2; Article 1:The liberty of every federal body within the boundaries of the pact verily matter. Any nation who wishes to harm the sovereignty of another federal state, thereby opens themselves up to invasion from any other body. Sovereignty is the dream of every nation, the offer of a free and independent nation for a group or culture is one of high regard and they deserve that belief in themselves, as does any other culture.
