Constitution of the Sovereign Imperial Order of the 3rd Swedish Empire

Article I: Legislature
    Section I
  • All legislative power shall be vested in the legislature known as the Riksdag

  • The Riksdag shall comprise of elected members of the nation and of the Royal Reformation Party

  • No other parties are allowed in the Riksdag

  • The Riksdag shall consist of 200 members

    Section II

  • The Riksdag shall have the power to create laws of the nation

  • The Riksdag with 1/2 of the members voting aye shall be able to declare war on other nations

  • The Riksdag with 2/3 of the members voting aye shall be able to change the constitution

  • The leader of the riksdag shall be known as the Speaker of the House

  • The speaker of the house shall be picked by the king and elected through voting in the Riksdag

  • The spaker of the house may not be impeached by the Riksdag

  • The speaker of the house may only be impeached by the Prime Minister



    Article II: Executive

    Section I
  • The executive branch shall be known as Regeringen

  • The leader of Regeringen shall be the Prime Minister

  • The Prime Minister shall be elected by the king

  • The Prime Minister shall have the authority to lead the nation and shall have the task in appointing the cabinet ministers

    Section II

  • The cabinet shall consist of
    -Justitiedepartementet (Ministry of Justice)
    -Utrikesdepartementet (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
    -Försvarsdepartementet (Ministry of Defense)
    -Socialdepartementet (Ministry of Social Affairs)
    -Finansdepartementet (Ministry of Finance)
    -Utbildningsdepartementet (Ministry of Education)
    -Miljödepartementet (Ministry of the Environment)
    -Näringsdepartementet (Ministry of Industry)
    -Kulturdepartementet (Ministry of Culture)
    -Arbetsmarknadsdepartementet (Ministry of Labor)
    -Infrastrukturdepartementet (Ministry of Infrastructure)

  • The cabinet shall have executive powers to lead their respective areas

  • The Prime Minister shall have the right to dismiss and replace individual ministers

  • The Cabinet shall meet with the Prime Minister once a month to discuss what thye've done and future plans for the country



    Article III: Monarchy

    Section I
  • The monarch shall serve as head of state

  • The Monarch shall be known as the King

  • The King shall have the power to appoint the speaker of the house, prime minister and judges

  • The King shall have a few political roles to help lead the country along with the Prime Minister

    Section II

  • The position of king shall be hereditary

  • When the monarch dies or abdicates the eldest son shall become the new king

  • If the eldest son is either dead the second eldest son will be king. This will continue until a king is appointed

  • Girls shall only serve as the Monarch if there are no boys in the way

    Section III

  • If the whole royal family is dead and there are no heirs the leader of the Royal Refomation Party shall become King



    Article IV: Courts

    Section I
  • The courts shall be controlled by the Riksdag and Monarchy

  • There shall be three courts known as
    -Tingsrätten (District Court)
    -Hovrätten (Court of Appeal)
    -Högstadomstolen (High Court)

    Section II

  • The district court shall serve as the court for the districts of the nation

  • Everyday trails for citizens shall take place here

  • There shall be 56 District Courts

    Secion III

  • The Court of Appeal shall serve to give a trail to those trails that were appealed to

  • There shall be 8 Courts of Appeal

  • These shall be
    -Svea hovrätt
    -Göta hovrätt
    -Hovrätten över Skåne och Blekinge
    -Hovrätten för Västra Sverige
    -Hovrätten för Nedre Norrland
    -Hovrätten för Övre Norrland
    -Hovrätten för Norge
    -Hovrätten för Finland

    Section IV

  • The High Court shall serve to take up trails appealed by the Court of Appeal

  • The High Court shall be under direct control of the monarch

  • No verdicts made by the high court can be overturned.



    Article V: Constitutional Amendment

    Section I
  • Amending the constitution shall be done with a 2/3 majority in the Riksdag

  • The constitution can be amended by anyone in the Riksdag



    Article VI: Elections

    Section I
  • Elections shall take place every 4 years

  • Any citizen shall have the right to vote on candidates for the Riksdag

  • Only party allowed to run is the Royal Reformation Party

    Section II

  • There shall be 3 elections for each election

  • These are
    -Riksdag
    -County
    -Province



    Article VII: Citizenship

    Section I
  • Everyone shall be able to become citizens as long as they fullfill the requirments.

  • The requirements for citizenship shall be
    -Speak Swedish or Latin
    -Know Swedish culture
    -Know Swedish law
    -Know the constitution
    -Sing the national anthem

  • The Prime Minister shall reserve the right to take away citizenship for any individual



    Article VIII: Rights

    Section I
  • Every citizen shall have the right to vote in elections provided they are 18 years or older and have a citizenship

  • Every citizen shall have the right to open private business provided

  • Every citizen shall have the right to freedom of speech as long as they don't criticize the government or royal family

  • Every citizen shall have the right to demonstrate provided they have a permit

  • Every citizen shall have the right to open a newspaper as long it doesn't criticize the government or royal family

  • Every citizen shall have the right to go to school

  • Every citizen shall have the right to prusuit happiness, a good life and liberty
