There will be 12 nations in a group. 2 nations each will automatically go to the knockout rounds.There will be a vote for the 3rd place of each group. 2 nations will go to the knockouts.
The Winner will then go to the World knockout rounds(Asia, Europe, N/S America, and Africa).
