The Felacian Civil War

5 years after the victory of the Felacian Revolution, the sweet taste of victory had disappeared and it left a bitter taste in the air. Tensions rose between the Felacia as many were unsure whether or not the current Repulblic was working. Also many descendants of the prior rulers of the city states wanted to return to keeping Felacia divided into city states instead of one Republic. So after negotiations failed they stormed out of the negotiating table and prepared for war. Those who supported the individual city state form of government were called Fuedalists and were supported mainly by The Holy Empire of Xiersa (there were a few Felacians who practiced Xierism) and surprisingly the Empire of Rodiasa while those who supported the unified Republic were called Republicans and were were supported by other countries, especially the Jura Tempest Republic as well as the Empire of Rodiasa. The war would last for 3 years. In terms of manpower the Republicans had a clear advantage with almost 3x the number of soldiers as the Fuedalists and with 6x the available manpower. The war would end with he Repulbican Siege on the Fuedalist main headquarters in the the Battle of Donoville. The battle alone would last a whole month and would be the bloodiest sieges in Felacian history. After the battle the Fuedalists asked for a cease fire and were finally willing to come to the negotiating table.

After what is reported to be a negotiation that lasted 3 days straight the Fuedalists layed down their arms and surrendered.

The terms would lay the foundation for the current government of Felacia. As a compromise the Fuedalists still would be head of the individual states (only as figureheads though with no power) and the government was turned into a Federation (name only though, this was actually the creation of the Second Felacian Republic). The new government was less strict then the last government and gave more power to the individual states.
