The Cult of Horizon is a small religious organization that worships the Supermassive Black Hole at the center of the galaxy, known to the rest of the world as Sagittarius A* and to the Cult as Horizon. They believe that one day Horizon will wake and destroy the universe, transporting the matter into a new universe through its depths. So they appease the god with prayers and strive to make the most of their short lives in the universe before it is gone. They collect money for charity, do good works in the community, and a large group has immigrated to Third World Countries help solve their plight. At night, they turn towards the Saggitarius Black Hole and pray for goodness in their lives, and the lives of others, so that Horizon sees worth in the existence of us all, and spares us.
