Hope for Positive Diplomatic Relations in the Future

Acknowledging the unfortunate past actions of this Kingdom, which led to international and domestic strife;

Apologising for the role this Kingdom played in furthering aforesaid strife and for any injury caused to international parties;

Committing for more positive diplomatic relations in the future;

Declaring that this Kingdom has renounced any and all claims to foreign territory;

Acknowledging and accepting the independence, in perpetuity, of our former territory of Southern vrama

Agreeing to pay appropriate reparations to all injured international parties;

Acknowledging that General Assembly Resolution 2 declares that "Every WA Member State has the right to independence and hence to exercise freely, without dictation by any other NationState, all its legal powers, including the choice of its own form of government"; Therefore,

101. Imperium Anglorum (hereinafter referred to as 'IA') cease and desist all claims over the territory of the Most Sacred Kingdom of Vrama, as such claims are a violation of international law, to which IA is a party.

102. The Most Sacred Kingdom hereby offers to IA, on the condition they agree to Section 101 in perpetuity, the following:

A. A payment of one billion Vrakma;
B. The leader of IA shall be made a Grand Knight of the Order of Nandi;
C. The aforesaid leader shall be granted the hereditary titles of Duke of Bangore, Count of Shar, Viscount Rana, and Baron Nulla;
D. That IA shall be exempt from all import tariffs in this Kingdom;
E. Subjects of IA who travel to this Kingdom shall be exempt from paying the Foreigner Tax.
