Going Off the Rails (Issue #352)

On October 7^th of 2019, the issue of suicide-by-train was brought to the attention of the Akhillean government by commuters and rail operators.

In response, the Akhillean government focused its attention on suicide prevention through outreach programs and mental illness education.

Due to this decision:

• Niceness rose to 0.94 Average Smiles Per Day (5.6% change)

• Public Education rose to a 0.00 Theresa-Nightingale Rating (12.5% change)

• Public Healthcare rose to a 714.36 Edu-tellignce® Test Score (100% change)

• Weather rose to -17.00 Meters of Sunlight (5.6% change)
