Constitution of New Epinadia.

Regarding New Epinadia

I) New Epinadia is NOT a federation. It's member have full independence to decide their own fate. Central government of New Epinadia will NOT and can NOT interfere.

II) Region's currency is cashmark. Cashmark can NOT be compare or convert to other currency.

III) Any major concerns shall be debated by poll. Unless nation will undoubtedly win. One can NOT enact major changes.

IV) This constitution is absolute. After its published even its writer is as miserable as the others. And this constitution can not be delete. Only can it be edited

Regarding benifits

I) Socialism is our main idea. A Socialist nation MUST aid other Socialist nation.

II) Non-Socialist will not receive foreign aid directly but through Epinadian Central government. Except a disaster occurs.

III) Every and any WA member will forever have their independence.

IV) When an unjustified war occurred, EVERY member must join the defender.

V) When a Civil War occurred. None shall interfere.

VI) If a coup occured. That government will be illegitimate and New Epinadia will still recognize the old government.

Regarding foreign aid

I) A nation will under no circumstances receive military aid unless the nation is willingly join the war.

II) Unless a nation is using cashmark it will not receive economical aid.

Regarding sovereignty

I) An entry of Military unit to another sovereign nation will be consider an act. of unjust war and a war to the entire New Epinadia.

II) Entire sea is international sea. A nation shall not own an inch of the sea.

Definition : Sea is defined as a body of
salt water that's 1 miles of the coast

New Epinadia hereby declare this constitution to be absolute.
