LA Rank Structure (Updated)

Central Command:
Number of seats - 2 to 5
Who can join - CC can vote to allow anyone above Brigadier to enter if a seat if missing.
Obligations - Recruit for military, make regional policies, promote activity and contribution.

Commander in Chief
Who can join - Only one CIC at a time, Central Command and current CIC choose who will become the new one.
Obligations - Train Enlistments, recruit for military, promote and demote deserving/undeserving troops, lead operations, and make sure things are running smoothly.

Brigadier
Who can join - Very trusted and experienced Sergeants.
Obligations - Train Enlistments, recruit for military, promote and demote deserving/undeserving troops, and lead operations.

Sergeant
Who can join - Trusted and experienced Soldiers can be promoted to this rank, or applicants with heavy R/D experience.
Obligations - Train Enlistments, lead operations, and work with other ranks to get things done.

Soldier
Who can join - Trained Enlistments, or applicants who have some experience in R/D.
Obligations - Raiding and following orders.

Enlistment
Who can join - Recruits with none/little R/D experience.
Obligations - Make sure you get trained.
