-Any Nation in the United Regions Alliance (URA) regions may choose to join the LC unless said nation is either the Delegate of a Region in the URA or the only nation endorsing such a Delegate that isn't already a member of the LC.
-Any member of the LC that becomes the Delegate of a Region in the URA is immediately and honorably discharged from the LC.
-Any member of the LC may submit a notice to quit. Such a member would still have all the same responsibilities as if they had not submitted such a notice until 336 hours real time have passed since submitting the notice, at which point they would be honorably discharged from the LC.
