The main purpose of this Library nation is to hold a record of all publicly available documents past and present.[/box][/align]
[box]In order to create a suitable location to store all precedents and Parliamentary related documents a Library nation shall be created on the NationStates platform to store documents, This Library nation shall be called The Democratikan Archive. The library nation will be ran by The Member of Parliament, [nation]Urrangslan[/nation] he will be tasked with keeping the Library and her contents up to date and as clean as possible. Finally the Library nation will contain the following documents: Precedents (e.g templates for bills), Older constitutions (rendered obsolete due to amendments) and the most up to date constitution. It's likely more document types will be added to this list. In addition it will be up to the Library administrator how to handle the intake and management of documents and who his/her successor might be upon the end of his tenure in office.[/box]
