The Founding Council

[b]The Founding Council[/b] serves as the provisional government of the [region]Libertarian Socialist Alliance[/region]. The underline mission of the council is to recruit nations, moderate the RMB, and work to establish a democratic regional constitution or charter. All members of the Founding Council are to be appointed by the region's Founder, [nation=noflag]Ohioan Communes[/nation]. All final drafts of a regional constitution will be submitted for a public referendum before being instated.
