Nations Of Balestria Broken Up US RP

It is the year 2035. In 2021 Donald trump was re-elected president while corona virus had evolved into a stronger diseases. Rather then try to stop it, Trump made it clear he didn’t care. The mutated disease called many people.
Soon, in 2024 at the end of the disease a new issue emerged: Oil. Most of the worlds oil had run out resulting in increasing tensions. By 2025 China had invaded North Korea and Mongolia while Russia had taken most of Eastern Europe. South America and Africa turned into open war while Oceania united as one big confederation. By 2027 the majority of the world had fallen into chaos.
In the US, Donald trump was barley keeping control. Soon, states began declaring independence, stating they wished to follow there own destiny. Soon the US Goverment had become weak, it’s superpower status gone and it’s armed forces weakened as the states became more powerful.

What will happen? Will the US take back its land? Will another civil war occur? Will other world powers attempt to ally themselves with the new states? Will the Confederate states return?
