Protectorate and Mutual Alliance Agreement

PREAMBLE

This treaty hereby serves the purpose of expanding and defining the relations between The League of Conservative Nations and The Monarchist and Democratic Alliance. This treaty is composed of the following sections:

SECTION ONE - PROTECTORATE STATUS

    I. The Monarchist and Democratic Alliance shall formally be a protectorate of The League of Conservative Nations, an arrangement further defined in this article.

    II. The Monarchist and Democratic Alliance will renounce their current protectorate status to the Federation of Conservative Nations.

    III. The Monarchist and Democratic Alliance will advertise the protectorate status on their World Factbook Entry.

    IV. The League of Conservative Nations shall provide oversight including governmental feedback and support to The Monarchist and Democratic Alliance.

    V. The Monarchist and Democratic Alliance will be allowed to govern their affairs internally as they see fit, and appoint their relevant officials to posts in their region.

SECTION TWO - INTER-REGIONAL COOPERATION

    I. The Monarchist and Democratic Alliance and The League of Conservative nations will enter a mutually defensive military and diplomatic alliance.

    The League of Conservative Nations Defense Administration, through the Consulate or its Director, may request volunteers or aid from the Monarchist and Democratic Alliance in regard to relevant operations.

SECTION THREE - RATIFICATION AND AMENDMENTS

    I. This agreement is to be ratified by the relevant leadership of the Monarchist and Democratic Alliance and the Council of the Republic of The League of Conservative Nations with the consent of the Consulate and Director of Foreign Affairs.

    II. This agreement may be amended by the agreement of both of the aforementioned institutions in the two regions.

    III. Either region may exit this agreement lawfully, but must provide a notice of seven days to the other region before it is enacted.
