15-16 May 2020: The Rules of Procedure were voted on and passed 2-0. (Aye: Merni, Polssiany, No: —)

18-19 May 2020:

• Nominations for Speaker open. Merni is the only candidate nominated and is elected without objection.

• The Progressive Land Gain and Invasion Act proposed in the Chamber by Polssiany

• The Criminal Code was proposed in the Chamber by Merni.

• The Speaker enquired of the King about the status of proposed amendments to the Instrument of Government, and was informed.

• Discussion on the Criminal Code started.
  

21 May 2020: Discussion on the Progressive Land Gain and Invasion Act started.

23-24 May 2020:

• The Criminal Code was voted on and passed 2-0 (Aye: Merni, Polssiany; No: —)

• The Progressive Land Gain and Invasion Act was voted on and passed 2-0 (Aye: Merni, Polssiany; No: —)

24 May 2020: The Enforcement Bill was proposed in the Chamber by Merni and the discussion on it started.

25 May 2020:

• The Legislative Process Proposal was proposed in the Chamber by Merni to address Ashtie's and King Minos' concerns with the Enforcement Bill, and the debate started.

• The Instrument Amendment II was proposed in the Chamber by King Minos.

26 May 2020:

• The Enforcement Bill was withdrawn from the Chamber.

• The Legislative Process Proposal was amended by Merni to remove the Council's ability to pverride a refusal by the King to sign a passed law.

• The Legislative Process Proposal was adopted 2-0 (Aye: Merni, Polssiany; No: —)

• The King submitted the question whether Libarcia should be removed from the Council on account of inactivity.

• Merni proposed the removal of Libarcia.

27 May 2020:

• After debate, Polssiany agreed to the removal once a replacement was found.

• Doctriniumn was appointed to the Council by the King, replacing Libarcia. It was decided in public discussion that seat II would be up for election in June and seat III in July.

28-29 May 2020: Discussion on the Instrument Amendment II started. Public discussion was also held.

30-31 May 2020:

• The Instrument Amendment II was voted upon and passed unanimously (3-0) (Aye: Merni, Doctriniumn, Polssiany; No: —)

• The Corporate Convention was introduced by Polssiany.

1-2 June 2020: The Formatting and Presentation Act was introduced by King Minos. There was discussion on both the acts.

3-4 June 2020:

• The Formatting and Presentation Act was discussed, pending corrections to the Corporate Convention.

• The Formatting and Presentation Act was voted upon and passed unanimously (3-0) (Aye: Merni, Doctriniumn, Polssiany; No: —)

4-9 June 2020: The Corporate Convention was discussed. The amended version of the Corporate Convention was introduced by Polssiany and discussed. and it was agreed unanimously that the proposals were not in the Council's jurisdiction. The proposals were sent to the Secretary of Cultural Affairs.

11-13 June 2020:

• The Voting Act was proposed by Polssiany and discussed. No consensus was reached.

• The King notified the council of a minor amendment to clarify the election process in the Instrument of Government.

17-21 June 2020:

• Doctriniumn was officially elected to seat III.

• The Labyrinth Alternate Accounts Rule was introduced by Merni and discussed.

22-25 June 2020:

• An amended version of the Voting Act was reintroduced and discussed.

• The Voting Act was voted upon and passed 2-1 (Aye:Doctriniumn, Polssiany; No: Merni)

27 June 2020: The King notified the Council of his veto of the Voting Act.

29 June 2020: The King brought up the issue that there is no procedure for electing a Speaker.

30 June 2020:An amendment proposed by Polssiany to the Alternate Accounts Rule (discussed outside the chamber) was voted upon and passed unanimously (3-0) (Aye: Merni, Doctriniumn, Polssiany; No: —).

1 July 2020:

• The Alternate Accounts Rule was voted upon and passed 2-0 (Aye: Doctriniumn, Polssiany; No: —)

• The Land Gain and Regression Act was introduced by Merni and discussed.

3 July 2020: The King notified the Council of his signing of the Alternate Accounts rule and of his requirement to have all new proposed bills placed in a dispatch on the nation The Clerk of The Labyrinth.

4 July 2020: The Land Gain and Regression Act was voted upon and failed unanimously (0-3) (Aye: —; No: Merni, Doctriniumn, Polssiany)

16 July 2020: Polssiany was officially reelected to seat II.

21 July 2020: The Oath of Office Act was introduced by Polssiany, debated, and passed unanimously (3-0) (Aye: Merni, Doctriniumn, Polssiany; No: —)

26 July 2020: The King notified the Council of his signing of the Oath of Office Act.

28-31 July 2020:

• The King proposed the Regional Government Operation and Accountability Act. (link is to the amended version)

• Merni proposed a number of amendments to the Act. They were discussed and changed according to the consensus.

• The amendments were voted upon and passed unanimously (3-0) (Aye: Merni, Doctriniumn, Polssiany; No: —). The amendments and further cleanup were made.

• The act as amended was voted upon and passed unanimously (3-0) (Aye: Merni, Doctriniumn, Polssiany; No: —).

7 August 2020: The King notified the Council of his signing of the Regional Government Operation and Accountability Act.
