- Be it enacted by the House of Lords and House of Representatives of the Empire of Picairn in Parliament assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
- (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the "Universal Healthcare Act of 1994".
