We the People of Liberty Nations Alliance a Parliamentary Democracy region, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for Liberty Nations Alliance.

Citizens
1. All new nations become citizens of Liberty Nations Alliance when they join the region, all rights and responsibilities of Liberty Nations Alliance are afforded them.
2. Nations who become members of Liberty Nations Alliance are committed to the welfare of the union and all other nations within it.
3. Nations who become members of Liberty Nations Alliance agree to treat all citizens and peoples of other nations as if their own, and will not restrict the freedoms and movements of others unless the jump back and forth between regions, unless in situations outlined elsewhere in this constitution or with direct permission from Prime Minister.
4. All nations in the Liberty Nations Alliance region shall have the freedoms of speech, religion, defense, representation, court cases,

The Parliament:
The Parliament is the legislative body of the region. Every WA nation in the region is a Member of Parliament when they join the region.
Parliament may vote to amend the Constitution of Liberty Nations Alliance with a 3/5 vote of present members.

Parliament has the power to pass bills into law, provided that they abide by the Constitution. A simple majority is all that is required for the passage of bills.

After a bill is introduced to the floor of Parliament, there shall be a 10 hour minimum debate period. After 10 hours, any legislator may call for a vote. If there are no objections, Members then have 48 hours to vote on the bill via a post in "The Parliament", which is situated in "The Regional Government The Parliament speaker shall tally the votes after the 10 hour period expires, and then announce the results to the rest of the region.

Founder - (Limited Powers)
1. The Founder is the sole protector of the region.
2. The Founder can not lock the region or give out the regional password to any nation within Liberty Nations Alliance, only In a declared regional state of emergency.
3. The Founder does not have power to bring a nation accused of a crime to Court, but only act as judge in any court case.
4. The Founder can only ban/eject any nation in a declared state of emergency only.
5. The Founder does not have the power to accept embassy requests or withdraw embassies.
6. The founder shell be deemed natural in all elections and shell set up and run all regional elections.
7. The Founder can not vote in any elections.

Regional Administrator - (Executive Powers - Non Elected Position)
1. The Regional Administrator acts as a governor-general of the region.
2. The Regional Administrator has the power to lock the region and shall determine whether to give out the regional password to any nation within Liberty Nations Alliance.
3. The Regional Administrator can to bring a nation accused of a crime to Court.
4. The Regional Administrator can only ban/eject any nation guilty in a court of law only.
6. The Regional Administrator does have the power to accept embassy requests or withdraw embassies.
7. The Regional Administrator can vote in any elections.
8. No amendment may remove or modify Points 1 to 7 of Regional Administrator

The Prime Minister - (Full Regional Powers)
1. The Prime Minister is granted full regional control. .
3. The Prime Minister can to bring a nation accused of a crime to Court.
4. The Prime Minister can only ban/eject any nation guilty in a court of law only.
6. The Prime Minister does have the power to accept embassy requests or withdraw embassies.
7. The Prime Minister can vote in any elections.
8. The Prime Minister has the power to lock the region and can not give out the regional password to any nation within Liberty Nations Alliance.

The Prime Minister shall be elected every 40 days. However, with reference to the Founder and his subsequent agreement, the incumbent Prime Minister may call an election anytime during the term, provided that the Prime Minister gives at least 3 days advance notice of his decision to do as such. The period of nominating, campaigning and voting will be two days – in which members may cast their votes immediately upon commencement of the 2 days allotted for the electoral process to take place. The vote takes place in the regional polls. to add members to government positions the Prime minister must inform the Regional Administer of the nations and there government positions.

The Prime Minister or their appointed proxy shall call for elections for Prime Minister. The Prime Minister has the power to veto laws that the Parliament passes. Any nation that is inactive for a period of ten (10) days or more may be removed from their position and/or from the region at the discretion of the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister must inform The Regional Administrator of his intentions to have the nation removed from their position.

The Prime Minister may appoint a Deputy Prime Minister.

The Delegate:
The WA Delegate represents the regional members in the General Assembly and in the Security Council. They cast the votes on various proposals in both these organs on behalf of all WA members whom have endorsed them. The WA Delegate position shall be open at all times to any nation who cares to contest it. They may ask their fellow WA members to endorse them either privately (via TGs) or publicly (via posts on the Regional Message Board).

The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court are all members of the region, the head judge is the Founder.
