Riscian history goes back to ancient times to when the many peoples that inhabited todays provinces were just tribes living off the land. They hunted and cared for their families and practiced their native religions. Most of it at the time would be replaced by Grainism. It was believed that due to the tribes connection to the land, they could harness it and manipulate it, like grain bending, but that is now all myth since tests show that certain members who claimed to have been able to "Grain bend" were on some type of a cannabis like plant that was used during their ceremonies. Fast forward 50 years and the first kingdoms start to emerge. These were led by the house of Jasmine, the house of Camar and the house of Bas. The three big kingdoms lived in peace, but after an incident between the Jasmine proxy state of Minami and the Bas proxy state of Grain, it started a war that would last 100 years. At the end of the war both sides wanted to pursue peace and they did, signing a treaty that ceased all hostilities between the nations, while Camar was completely peaceful at the time.
