World Assembly Delegate
The World Assembly Delegate represents the people of Hartfelden and as such should be elected by the people. The Delegate shall follow these rules as laid out by the Kaiser to better keep the Empire's people are their heart.
II. The Delegate shall be elected by regional polls that only allow World Assembly Residents to vote.
III. The Delegate shall be elected on a challenge system, each delegate shall be given one month in the office as the delegate, after this month any world assembly resident shall have the right to challenge the delegate. If the challenge is accepted nominations will open for any candidates to run (including the delegate) if the delegate does not accept the challenge then nominations shall open (without the Delegate) for all candidates.
