IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS POLICY FOR GREAT ALTMORA

Altmora has long endured in a hostile world due to its constant vigilance along its extensive borders. In order to maintain the purity of its genealogy and provide a safe, secure society for its peoples, the nations of the Altmoran continent have instituted a much stricter immigration policy.

1. For much of the year, the borders will be closed to the NationStates world.

2. The nation of Keldros was founded by the Mighty Caesar on January 1. In honor of this auspicious event, border security will be relaxed on the first of every month.

3. The borders will also be opened on Mighty Caesar’s birthday, December 22.

4. Nations wishing to join their destinies with the people of Great Altmora must telegram our glorious founder or one of the regional officers. Your missive will introduce yourself and provide a short explanation of why you believe your nation would mesh well with the Altmoran way of life.

5. The regional officers will then meet to discuss your application. Upon unanimous approval, the password will be telegrammed to you. Only Keldros knows the password.

6. Nations who enter Great Altmora on an open borders day must still provide a telegram of introduction to one of the regional officers. Failure to furnish this telegram before the end of an open borders day will result in that nation’s ejection. Repeat offenders will be banned.

7. Former citizen nations which have cte’d will be immediately granted entry if they are resurrected and wish to rejoin us. If you found a new nation, telegram a regional officer to let them know which of your former nations was once a citizen of Altmora.
