OSEAN-Pax Havenica Non-Aggression Pact

1. No OSEAN nations are to participate in operations against the Pax Havenica.

2. No nations of the Pax Havenica will participate in operations against OSEAN.

3. Any nation to break the Pacts [sic] terms is to be expelled from their respective alliance.

4. If there is continued aggression from the nation to break the Pacts [sic] terms a coordinated group of nations from both alliences [sic] are to assist in stopping the threat.

5. Any land, resources, money, etc gained from the defeat of the aggressor is to be split evenly between all participating parties, unless discussed other wise.
