Habanan's plan for Covid-19(Coronavirus)

The People's Republic of Habanan's plan for covid-19. Every one is legally required to wear a mask when inside a public or federal building. While you are not required to wear a mask out in the streets, it is strongly recommended that you do wear a mask. Habanan will be using a 4 strike system when handling people who refuse wear masks. On the 1st and 2nd strike you will be sent home via police escort if available, on your 3rd strike you be forced to pay a fine of up to 100 Haban dollars and on the final 4th strike you will be sent to jail for up to 20 days while if you are a tourist you will be sent back to your home country on your own expenses.

Update April 2021:
Due to a massive increase in covid-19 infections thanks to a new strain dubbed "the UK strain" we will be going into complete lockdown and all non-essential businesses will be shutdown. Masks will be enforced in all buildings and on the streets. We will be continuing our 4 strike system. Anyone 25+, vulnerable, and infants will be eligible for the 2 dose moderna vaccine. Any and all protests against the mask enforcement is illegal under current law and will be enforced with lethal weapons. There will be no parties and gathering no more than 10 people in one building at a time(exceptions apply when necessary)
