Cumhurbaşkanı Meral Akşener: 'Büyük zaferimizden 98 yıl sonra, emperyalizme karşı savaş devam ediyor'

TÜRKİYE

Victory Day, August 30th, 2020 / İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality

98th Anniversary of Victory Day carries special meaning as...

KADIKÖY– Just a month after the deadliest terror attack in Turkish history, eclipsing the 9/11 terror attack in the current death count, with still some survivors in critical condition. The decision to move this years Victory Day Parade to Kadıköy was made a few days after the attack as the Turkish nation quickly bounced back from the attempts of Daesh to crush the Turkish spirit.

Since then Turkey has taken the fight directly to Daesh, most recently liberating the city of Afrin from Daesh occupation. The Sahuri people fully behind the Turkish offensive against Daesh, with Turkey continuing to be the only country actively fighting the terrorist organization, unlike the Europeans who have chosen to ignite the flames of religious division in Sahuristan.

Like past years, the parade celebrating the Turkish Republics advancements since the end of the War of Independence. This year the TCG Mavi Vatan (formerly the USS Enterprise (CVN-65)) took part in the parade, with the Turkish Air Force taking off from the carrier to officially begin the festivities. On the ground some of the most advanced equipment of the Turkish Armed Forces were on display during the military parade, as well as Turkey's military equipment from the days of the War of Independence. Many travelling from across Turkey to attend the parade, with all 95 provinces Mayors in attendance, as well as all 600 MPs of the Grand National Assembly.

President Meral Akşener spoke during the military parade, sending a clear message to not just Daesh, but the enemies of the Turkish people during her address. Reinforcing the truth that the once again the Turkish Forces were in Sahuristan on the invite of the Sahuri people, unlike outside forces trying to continue their big game over the Middle East.

She went onto slam those who questioned the Turkish involvement in Sahuristan, pointing to the Sahuri people's direct invite of Turkey. As well as the fact that it is those who wish to muddy the waters in Sahuristan by dividing the Sahuri homeland so happen to the ones criticizing Turkey's defense of Sahuristan against Daesh. Highlighting how this year Turkey was not just celebrating its own independence from attempted colonization, and from imperialism forces. But that the battle against these forces was still raging on across Africa, and the Middle East, with Sahuristan just being the latest of these battlefields.

... the European onslaught against Sahuri refugees is stopped by Turkish Forces

Turkish-Greek Border / TRT Euro

TURKEY-EU BORDER – Since the beginning of the 2018, political instability and chaos in Sahuristan has seen thousands of Sahuris flee their homeland. Most finding refugee in Turkey, with some having the eventual goal of going to Europe. This had laid the stage for the European Union to pledge to give Turkey 6 billion USD in economic aid to keep the Sahuris from crossing into Europe, as well as a promise to stay out of the Middle East. However, with the French decision to ignite religious separatism in Sahuristan, and the EU holding funds for months on end, enough was enough.

Turkish Border Patrol announced that it would no longer stop Sahuri migrants from trying to enter the European Union, resulting in an influx of Sahuris living near border towns to try to cross the border. In turn the Europeans, who try to paint themselves as civilization, opened fire on refugees with live rounds, tear gas, and brutal beat downs.

Thankfully no deaths have been reported, but hundreds of refugees have been rushed to medical facilities near the border. Including Sahuris as young as 11 with the story of Hafiz Al-Razzaq becoming international news, as he was beaten nearly to death before being carried back to the Turkish side by Sahuri refugees escaping EU border patrol for their lives.

The bloodshed shown by Europeans mercilessly attacking the innocent Sahuri people, as if invading Sahuristan was not enough for these people, forced Turkey to deploy over 15,000 law enforcement agents to the border to ensure that attacks on Sahuris would not continue.

Though, with it clear that the nature of European barbarism would not change, Turkey once again closed its border to Europe. This time all passage through land, except for Turkish citizens.

The Free Sahuri Authority, operating out of Ankara since 2019, condemned the actions of the Europeans. As well as their instance on supporting separatism in Sahuristan, rather than fighting Daesh. They also condemned the French directly for the destruction of the Sahuri peoples way of life over the past decades, and that they would not allow for the French to do it again.

Turkish Armed Forces in Afrin 8/30/2020 / TRT Sahuri
Whats next in Sahuristan following the liberation of Afrin?

SAHURISTAN – At 13:49 local time, the last Daesh combatant in Afrin was shot dead by the Turkish Armed Forces. Ending the terror groups brutal occupation of the city, the scenes in the city once it was clear Daesh had been eradicated echoed scenes in Kadıköy. Locals took to the streets to cheer, and celebrate the arrival of Turkish and Sahuri forces in the city. Chants of 'شكرا أكشينار/Shukraan Akşener' (Thank you Akşener) filled the streets, with humanitarian aid from the Turkish Red Crescent being airdropped into the city just an hour after its liberation.

Though the sounds of gunfire, artillery, explosions, and fighters flying over head may still be heard from Afrin. This has not taken from the importance of this victory for the Sahuri people. Reports coming in from TRT Sahuri show a new hope being ignited for many Sahuris living under Daesh occupation. Back in Turkey, reports of Sahuri refugees lining up for in droves to volunteer to go and fight in their homeland have popped up across the nation.

Different broadcasters asked some Sahuris on why a sudden rush to volunteer was taking place, some pointed to the attempt of France to divide their homeland on religious lines, others saying that what they saw at the Turkish-EU Border was a reminder of what their brothers in Sahuristan were facing. The most common answer being the news of Afrin's liberation, something that the Ankara based Free Sahuri Authority commented on through the head of its armed resistance wing. Commander Firas Al Numan of the Free Sahuri Authority had the following to say about ongoing developments:

'The time has come to return home nears each day, inshallah this will be the final push we need to move back home. Though like many Sahuris, I am saddened to see what European division is seeking to do in Southern Sahuirstan, defeating Daesh will be our first goal. They are a threat to all Sahuris, and the world around us. Sahuristan must come together, we cannot allow our nation to be divided by outside forces. Especially by those whose only intent is death and destruction for Sahuristan, not the betterment of Sahuri lives. In the coming days we will be relocating the Free Sahuri Authority back to Afrin, we are currently in talks with Damascus and other groups expand the fight against Daesh. And to ensure that the Daesh does not see the year 2021.'
