Introduction
Hello! In case you don't already know me, I'm Pap sculgief, current Senator and current DHAM, and I'm running for Prime Minister! I've served in the Thaecian government since March, as a two-time MP, before spending the current term in the Senate, writing and amending bills. I also ran for the big job back in June, securing 30% of the first round votes! I'm active, effective and approachable, as proven by my last 8 months here!

My Campaign
My campaign is focused around three major parts, all important and all something that I will put a lot of time and effort into, if elected. These are the main parts of which will be what defines my administration if elected, and are almost a building block for what I want to achieve. The three parts are:

- Continuing the trend of a transparent administration
Continuing to improve international relations
Improving citizen involvement in government
Transparent Government
The last 8 months has seen an increased amount of governmental transparency, and I will make it no different. I will make sure that all decisions made are announced to the region via RMB or region-wide TG, making use of what I've got. I also plan to be very open, a TG or DM with a concern or question will have a reply to whatever you are concerned about. I want to make the administration known for its approachability and activity, like it is now. The trend of transparency will be continued under me.

The last term has really been a great one for Foreign Affairs, from the TEP treaty to the Consortium, and I will strive to build on the work that has been done already and improve our international position. As PM, I will be utilising the forum embassy to provide the world with news from our region. As well as that, I want to see more of the close relations with other regions, and continue to build bridges between Thaecia and her allies.

Improving citizen involvement
Something that I really care about, is getting more nations involved with the government, and getting them up to date with what's going on in the government. This starts with a simple policy, and that's fortnightly region-wide TG, updating the region on what's going on, and telling them of any upcoming events. Not only do telegrams pop up when you log on, but they also able to go directly to nations, meaning that we can make sure nations receive an update. As well as that, I want to get more nations applying for citizenship, and so at some point I'll run a region-wide campaign getting nations to join the WA or get a waiver. The goal is simple, getting more nations involved, because it'll bring new ideas and more points of view!

Recruitment Ministry
This is something I proposed last election and it involves the creation of the Recruitment Ministry, something that was removed at the beginning of 2020. What I want to happen is for Thaecia to have a government official specifically for recruitment. This Recruitment Minister, will be in charge of the stamp donation programs, and other recruitment guidelines. This minister will not be the only recruiter in the region, however will be in charge of running the recruitment efforts. Having a centralised recruitment process will not only make things more professional and more co-ordinated, but it means the minister can put their full attention on recruitment instead of other government business. The recruitment effort has been smooth over the last few terms, but I really want to improve and centralise the recruitment process, while still allowing anyone to donate, learn and recruit like they are now.

This one isn't so set in stone, and I will be making decisions on this if elected and closer to that time. For most of the positions, I'll use an application system, to not only gather interest, but to see what each applicant plans to do. For the position of Deputy Prime Minister, I plan to select one of the other PM candidates for the position, not only as I value all of their views, but I know that they'll be great at helping and providing advice

Final Words
This looks like it'll be a fantastic PM election, and I can't wait to get properly going on the campaign trail! I have the utmost respect for all the other candidates - Biggs was the first nation to welcome me here, Snowflame has been a great legislator who I have worked with a little bit in the past, and Islo is someone who has done so much for the region.
