Adopted by the Regional Association on 29 September 2020

Recalling its resolutions 2(s/2/2020), 3 (s/3/2020), 4 (s/4/2020) and 6 (s/6/2020)

Reaffirming, its strong commitment to the sovereignty, independence, unity and
territorial integrity of Far Essos Assia and to the purposes and principles of the Charter of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in the Far Essos Assia,

Determining, the most diplomatic action/s in relation to repeated Blackacre's intimidation as it continues to constitute a threat to the stability of the region,

Underscoring, that Member States are obligated under Article 9 of the Oberroesterreich Charter
of the Regional Nations in Far Essos Assia to accept and carry out the Council’s decisions,

This resolution defines:

1.Intimidation as any willful use of threat or force to influence political policies of the region as well as spread fear and dread in our region.

Whereas, it is stipulated in the Article 2 of the Oberoesterreich Charter that:
"The Contracting Parties declare their readiness to participate in a spirit of sincere cooperation in all international actions designed to safeguard international peace and security, and will fully devote their energies to the attainment of this end.

Whereas,it is stipulated in the Article 3 of our Oberoesterreich Charter,
"Contracting Parties shall consult with one another on all important international issues affecting their common interests, guided by the desire to strengthen international peace and security."

Whereas, the State security reports, furthermore, proves , beyond reasonable doubt, and validates the need to deter the intimidation of Blackacre's forces in our region

Whereas, it is stipulated in the Article 10 of the Oberoesterreich Charter that:
"The present Charter shall remain in force for two-hundred years."

Therefore,

1. Demands nations to respond to the regional poll regarding this matter.

2. Requests the Oberreichminister to brief the Regional Association monthly and to
provide a report on a regular basis, at least every 60 days, on the implementation of this resolution
and on compliance by all relevant parties and further requests the Oberreichminister
to continue to include in his reports overall trends in Far Essos Assia cross-line and cross-border
humanitarian access and detailed information on the humanitarian assistance
delivered through Regional humanitarian cross-border operations, including on
the number of beneficiaries, locations of aid deliveries at district-level and the volume
and nature of items delivered;

3. Decides to remain actively seized of the matter.
