CONSTITUTION OF IODINIA: Preamble

PREAMBLE
The government of Iodina, observing the necessity of codifying and organising the foundational laws of the Most Serene Republic and the rights of its citizens, herby establishes the constitution of Iodinia.

Outline
This constitution shall be divided into various articles, which are as follows:
