RFP Bill of Rights
Section 1 - National Rights
Article 1
I. Each resident has the freedom of movement.
II. Each resident has the right to endorse whomever they like.
III. Each resident has the freedom of speech, excluding hateful speech.

Article 2
I. To be a citizen you must have above zero influence, or WA membership.
II. Each citizen has the right of privacy, which may only be suspended when an official investigation is underway.
III. All citizens may not be discriminated against.
IV. Citizenship may only be revoked for security purposes.
Section 2 - Ministerial Rights
Article 1
I. Ministers may make rules for their ministry as they wish.
II. Ministerial rules may be overturned by Parliament or the Founder.
III. Ministers may appoint deputies or other employees as they wish.
