free speech is The basic rights owned by each individual in a country are stated in its constitution.

Everyone has the right to freedom of association, assembly and expression of opinion. Everyone has the right to communicate and obtain information to develop their personal and social environment, and the right to seek, obtain, possess , store, process, and convey information using all types of channels available.

Furthermore, regarding freedom of association and assembly, expressing thoughts orally and in writing and so on shall be stipulated by law. Everyone is free to have,
issue and disseminate opinions according to one's conscience, orally and or in writing through print and electronic media with due observance of religious values, morality, order, public interest, and the integrity of the state.

However, in expressing his opinion, someone must respect the rights of others and comply with the applicable law.
