It is with great concern, that a beings identity is important and ones very own identity determines what about identity is circumstantial for a being in their own lives. Empathy for such should be treated as Equal. The "Identity Rights Act" is hereby established as a means to treat peoples as equal and protect them from international discrimination. The clauses of this act includes:

1. Each citizen shall have the right to be held to the responsibilities that their self assigned gender of identity. Therefore, no matter the circumstances citizens are to have their legal identity recognized as what their gender identity is. This means if their is laws that are gender-orriented, the individual whom identifies as the particular gender, in which pertains to the specific laws that are orrientated to that particular sex, hereby is to be judged in accords to such particular circumstance that are directed towards that particular gender.

2. Those whom express as masculine but identify as feminine, or vice-versa are to be legally recognized as being held responsible in accords to their own identity of gender and yet, are to be held as legally responsible in their behaviors as in relations that their own gender expression are held towards their identified gender. This protects beings from being abused by others whom wish to identify themselves as the gender they identify as and express as from being known as not able to be punished from the fullest extent of the law. This protects everyone's saftey

3.) This act includes that the change of legal sex information can be done by the persons own will and that in schools, Social Welfare services, churches, as well as online on government websites, the individual can change their legal sex at anytime no matter their age. The government will issue certification to their address and all their legal certification the government is to be responsible to update on their gender status.

4. Parents will not be allowed to make decisions for the individual whom wishes to update their gender information. No being can try to interfere with the individual's decision.

5. If the being whom wishes to go further and pursue "having surgery" to further their gender identity and/or expression, they may do so. The insurance of the state will pay for the operation. Hormone Replacement Therapy is mandatory. The individual will not need approval of their gender status. Therefore "gate keepers" also known as therapists for people whom wish to have "the surgery" mandatorily cannot approve nor disapprove "the surgery" for the individual whom seeks surgery. "Gate keepers" can only educate the individual about the operation and the risks and benefits of "the surgery". This is so discrimination amongst the same people from the same people, by the same people, nor from people is tolerated.

6. Any events that are held for women and/or men must allow individuals whom identify as the same identity to compete with the teams that is for the same identity as the identity they identify as. This will eliminate social discrimination, encouraging others to see the bigger picture and discourage the development of social and sexual discrimination.
